It stays on “checking”: do not press generate again. An uncertain submission is reviewed. Repeating it can create a second charge.

The file is missing: sign in to the same account. A download link lasts a few minutes; request another from the account. Deleting the job stops new access and does not return cash if the video was already delivered.
